In anticipation of your arrival, we ensure that your home is prepared to your specification from temperature to light settings.

Special services such as house cleaning, firewood delivery, window washing or landscape maintenance are available at your discretion whether or not you are in residence. Additional custom concierge services are available upon request.

Set up Fee: $50

Contracted pre-paid monthly fee: $115 / $125 north of El Prado, south of Ranchos de Taos, west of Blueberry Hill or east of Talpa within the Taos Valley area.

Sub-contracted Services: Net charges from service provider plus 10% or $10 minimum management fee.
