A San Angelo, Texas native who lived many years in the Dallas area, Robb holds a BAS degree, Magna Cum Laude, in Technology and Performance Improvement from the University of North Texas. His family has traveled to the Taos area for four generations. Married in Taos, he and his husband have served as foster parents for six years and own a home in Taos Canyon where they support two terrier mix rescue dogs, Pogo, a three legged pup, and Piper. Robb speaks English and Texan.
